Returns

AVORA offers a 14-day return period, which commences from the day you receive your package. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused and in good condition, with tags still attached, and in their original packaging.

To make a return, please fill out the return form here. Once you have submitted the form, we will send shipping instructions to you by email.

Once we receive and approve your return, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. We will refund the purchase amount using the same payment method. Please note that a return fee will be deducted from the refund.

No, we do not offer refunds for shipping costs. The shipping fee charged at checkout includes the cost of shipping and handling by the transportation company. Therefore, these costs cannot be refunded.

Our policy does not include exchange services. However, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you desire instead.
